Exhibitors Terms

Please read all of the following information before filling out the online application.

Table choices:

  1. Grey tables: 3’x4’
  2. Brown tables: 3’x6’


Location Choices:

  1. REGULAR Assigned TABLES…..$175.00+GST each.  These tables will be allocated randomly as bookings are received. 
  2. PRIME LOCATION TABLES...$250.00+GST each.  These will be located in the main entrance of the college.
  3. ELECTRICAL OUTLET….$25.00+GST each (electrical availability is limited)  Please note that we are unable to provide extension cords.  If you need an extension cord, please bring one with you.

Note The tables do not have a smooth finish, so you may wish to bring skirting and cloth coverings for them.  Please book space to accommodate additional racks or other items that will not fit on your table. The college does not allow the hanging of any materials on walls, windows, or pillars.


Process of registration

After you submit your online registration, the treasurer will send you an email with the amount you owe, and a contract from the Alberta Teachers’ Association. Payment is due upon receipt of the contract.

Other Information

The Convention will be taking place February 22 and 23, 2018 at the Medicine Hat College (299 College Dr. SE, Medicine Hat). We are expecting approximately 1200 participants to attend. 

The Medicine Hat College has free wireless internet available for all exhibitors. 

Convention ID needs to be worn or "in view" for security reasons. This is especially important if you are in the college after hours.


Setup is from 11:00 to 16:00 on Wednesday, February 21st.  On Wednesday we will have helpers available in the afternoon.  You can also setup after 16:00 on Wednesday, but there will be no helpers.


SUGGESTED Display hours:

Thursday 08:00 to 16:00

Friday 08:00 to 14:00


Take down of displays needs to be done so that we can return the tables BY 15:00 Friday!


SEATCA is not responsible for any displays that are not taken down at the end of the convention. 

Cancellation Policy

Registration is complete upon payment received. If tables are cancelled after December 31, 2018, there will be a 50% non-refundable fee.
